We are delighted to announce an expanded range of options that enable you to access our repair services in which ever way you feel most comfortable. We taking every step to be COVID-safe. Mail-in Service (INCREASED CAPACITY)
A convenient way for everyone to access our specialist repair services. Visit MKC Repairs website to book your repair and arrange to mail your damaged device to our Central Service Centre where we aim to repair your device and return it to you via AusPost Special Delivery for the fastest service (3-5 days turnaround).
Collect and Deliver (NEW SERVICE OPTION – MELBOURNE CBD ONLY)
Our brand new courier Collect and Deliver service is launching and available in Melbourne CBD ONLY, and will enable device to be collected, repaired and returned within a short period of time. Please ring our customer service staff to book in a time.
In light of the current situation, to minimise risk of COVID transmission and to protect the health and safety of our customers and colleagues, we’ve put in place some extra measures within our stores.
